Mediation Fees - General Civil Litigation (Non-Family Law) Cases


Rates for mediations in general civil litigation (non-family law) cases are listed below.    

Each party’s respective mediation fee is due in full on or before the date of the mediation (most commonly with a credit card payment on the date of the mediation). 

If a party determines that they are unable to pay the mediation fee in full on or before the date of the mediation, please notify Mark W. Sims immediately so the mediation can be rescheduled and a cancellation fee can be avoided.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee will apply in the event that a scheduled mediation is cancelled for any reason within 5 business days of the date of mediation.  Under those circumstances, if another case is subsequently scheduled at that same date and time, the cancellation fee will be waived.
